Good places are hard to find
Reputation used to travel by word of mouth in a fixed circle of families. It no longer does. The decision now happens on a phone, among strangers, in a search result you may not appear in. Scalora365 exists for that.
About the founder
“I built this because I needed it myself.”
I have spent more than three decades in education. For most of that time the same two things held institutions like ours back: the work that eats the first hour of every morning, and the fact that good institutions stay invisible to the families looking for them.
I tried buying software for the first problem. What I found was built by people who had never taken a morning assembly. So we built PrincipalPro ourselves, module by module, tested against the reality of a working institution, and kept only what actually gets used.
Scalora365 came from the second problem. I know what it costs an institution to be hard to find, and I know how little of that is really about budget. You will deal with me directly, and I will tell you plainly what is worth doing and what is not.
If you run a school, a clinic or a practice, you already know that the people who sell to you rarely understand your day. That is the gap this company exists to close.

Why the company exists
Two problems, both seen from the inside of an institution rather than from an agency office.
The day runs on paper
Substitutions, lesson plans, marks and fees are still handled in registers and phone calls in most schools, and the Principal absorbs the cost of it personally, every morning. PrincipalPro exists for that.
What you can check before you pay us anything
Every claim on this website is one you can verify. We would rather be checked than believed.
A registered company
EduExcel Minds Private Limited, incorporated 2021, CIN U72900UP2021PTC148672. Look it up on the MCA portal. You are dealing with a company, with an invoice and an entity to hold accountable.
A product already in use
PrincipalPro is in live institutional use, not in a sandbox. We will show you the working product on a normal working day and let you question how each module behaves.
A demonstration on your data
We will run the demonstration on your timetable and staff list, not a sample school. What you see is what you would get.
This website
For a digital agency, its own site is the only portfolio that cannot be faked. Judge the speed, the writing and the clarity, and assume that is the standard you would receive.
What you will not find on this site
The temptation to borrow credibility is obvious, and we have decided against it. Everything on this site is something you can check.
- No client logos we have not earned, and no logo bar of companies we have merely heard of.
- No testimonials, because a testimonial written by the agency is worth nothing to you.
- No client counts, no growth percentages, no star ratings, no awards.
- No years-of-agency-experience figure. The company is registered from 2021 and says so.
When we do have clients willing to be named, they will appear here with their names on it. Until then, the honest version is the one you are reading.
