Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data EduExcel Minds Private Limited collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to protect us.

What we collect from enquiries
The enquiry form on this website does not send your details to a server. Submitting it opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send there. When you contact us this way, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, organisation and message. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation. We do not sell them, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
School data held in PrincipalPro
If your school uses PrincipalPro, the school remains the owner of its records, including staff details, student performance data and fee records. We process that data only to provide the service. Access is restricted by role, so a staff member sees only what their work requires. You may export your data in a standard format at any time, and we will delete it on written request from the school. Before rollout you receive a written data agreement covering storage, access and deletion.
How long we keep things
Enquiry details are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case they are kept for the duration of the engagement and as long as tax and company law requires. PrincipalPro data is kept while your subscription is active and deleted on request after it ends.
Cookies and measurement
This website sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them. If a Google Maps map is embedded on the contact page, Google may set its own cookies when it loads. If we later add analytics, this notice will be updated before it goes live.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Email us, call us or write to the registered office using the details above, and we will act within thirty days.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting clients are notified directly.
